Bethanie engaged me to support a range of campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of their services and attracting new enquiries. One of the major projects involved promoting their aged care homes through a website revamp, where I interviewed residents and staff, crafted human-centred stories, and paired them with fresh photography. I also developed creative copy across digital, radio and print advertising to support the campaign.
Following this, I worked on a campaign to raise awareness of Bethanie’s home care services, producing a video content series that highlighted the impact of home care through real client and staff experiences. Beyond these major projects, I supported Bethanie with ad hoc content creation ensuring their communications remained engaging, authentic and aligned with brand voice.
